- How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel your order, please check the Order Confirmation Email you received from us at the time of purchase. Open the email, view your order details, and click the โCancelโ option available there.
- Time Limit: Orders can ONLY be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the product has been handed over to our courier partner, the cancel option will no longer be available, and the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
๐ Return Policy
At AR maxtronics, we ensure all products undergo strict quality checks. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must follow this return process:
- ๐ฅ Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the package (from start to finish without any cuts or edits). If there is any damage or functional issue, this unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process your claim.
- โฐ Time Limit: Any issues with the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- ๐ฉ How to Initiate Return: To request a return, you must email us at armaxtronics@gmail.com within the timeframe.
- ๐ Required Documents: Your return email MUST include:
- The Purchasing Invoice (attached to the mail).
- The Unboxing Video showing the issue clearly.
Return Shipping & Responsibility:
- Customers are solely responsible for shipping the product back to our official address.
- The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
- Proper packaging is mandatory to prevent damage during transit. Products damaged due to poor packaging during the return delivery will not be accepted.
๐ฐ Refund Policy
Timeline: Once the return is approved after physical verification, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Product Inspection: Refunds will ONLY be processed after the returned product reaches our official address and successfully passes our quality check. We will verify if the product is unused, undamaged, and complete with all original accessories.
Refund Amount: Please note that ONLY the product purchase price will be refunded. Any initial shipping charges or COD handling fees paid at the time of order are strictly non-refundable.
